Stephanie,

I love trivia. I'm up for the challenge. I was my high school "A-Team's" captain (don't go telling many people that... We used to practice by reading through trivia books and Trivial Pursuit cards)

* What was the name of Charles Lindbergh's Plane? Spirit of St. Louis

* Which business newspaper uses the slogan "All the business news you need"? That's the Journal... The Wall Street Journal

* The monopoly board properties are named after address in which US city? Atlantic City, NJ

* What is the name of the first Czar of Russia? Wasn't it Ivan the Terrible?

* What was the last war where a foreign country's government occupied a US territory? I'd guess it depends on if you qualify the CSA as a foreign country or not. If not, then I'd say the War of 1812. It's probably a trick question though.

* Who invented the "Game Theory"? No idea. Was it the Nash guy from "A Beautiful Mind?" Made for a great Matthew Broderick movie too - "Would you like to play a nice game of chess? How about Thermonuclear war?"

* Who played Atticus Finch in the 1963 rendition of "To Kill A Mockingbird"? My mom says Atticus always reminded her of my grandfather, a very good and wise small-town, south Georgia Attorney. I love the movie too. It's Gregory Peck.

* What is the name of Krusty the Clown's pet monkey? It's Mister something, but I don't remember the name.

* Name the top 5 countries who have the highest population of people who have Spanish as their first language? I'll say Spain (hopefully obviously), Mexico, Argentina, Columbia (the country, not the home of the game-chickens) and who could the fifth be? It could be Venezuela, but I think they have a lot of French and Portuguese speakers there too. Peru's not big enough and neither are the other South and Central American countries. I'm going to go out on a limb and say the fifth country is the US, due to our great melting pot imigration.

* Who was the first person to win the Heisman Trophy in 1935? Super Easy... if you're a die-hard college football nut. I'm pretty die-hard, but it's more for my Dawgs and less for college football in general. I'd guess it's for a player from some school that doesn't get recognized for football much anymore, like Harvard, Yale, Chicago or Brown.

* Who was on the cover of the first Rolling Stone magazine? Wasn't it John Lennon? I remember seeing it in some 40th or 50th anniversary edition.

* Who was the first billionaire in the U.S.? Was it Rockefeller from all of his Standard Oil money?

* Name all three shows which were spin-offs of Happy Days? I know this one, but only because I happened to be looking at the Happy Days wikipeidia entry the other day. Did you know that there originally was an older brother named Chuck that was written out of the show after like the first year? Laverne and Shirley, Mork and Mindy and Joanie loves Chachee.

* In 1983 EA Sports created a popular basketball game that featured two basketball stars. One was Julius Irving, the other was...? Total Guess on my part, but I'll say Larry Bird. It was two years too early for Jordan and the only other BB name is karate choppin' Kareem Abdul-Jabar.

* Who wrote "The Devil Wears Prada"? No idea. I am a guy.

* Which tv show featured a group referred to as the "Daliks"? Is this a US show? I have no idea.

* Steve "the Colonel" Cropper, Murphy "Murph" Dunne, Donald "Duck" Dunn, Willie "Too Big" Hall, and Alan "Mr. Fabulous" Rubin were all members of what Band? One of the best movies of all time...We're on a mission from God... It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses... Ladies and Gentlemen, The Blues Brothers.

* Plato was Socrates most famous student, Socrates was Aristotle's most famous student...Who was Aristotle's most famous student? This question is messed up. Though the question states, "Socrates was Aristotle's most famous student," and would therefore imply that Socrates was the student of Aristotle, it doesn't work time wise. I took that 7:50 am philosophy class (ugh!) and if I remember correctly the order was Socrates -> Plato -> Aristotle -> Alexander the Great. I might be totally wrong there. But I'm almost dead certain that Aristotle taught Alexander the "just OK" who would later become pretty great.

* Name all 8 countries that begin with the letter "E". Estonia, Ecuador, El Salvidor (?), Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia. That's all I have - 6. England isn't a country, so that doesn't count. If you spoke Spanish, you could add Estados Unidos and Espana. IS there a country that starts off with Eastern...? Oh, what about East Timor? Is that a country? If so, that's 7.

The 8th is going to be some place I've never heard of.

How'd I do?
