Blockbuster.com... again

So I received yet another email from Blockbuster.com "announcing their new site". Well, AGAIN, it turns out the site isn't officially launched. To their credit though, they do post a link to a beta version of the site you can actually use. But how about indicating that in the email?

"Take a sneak peek of the new Blockbuster.com" or "Test drive the new Blockbuster.com" would have given me a better idea of what I might actually expect. Instead, they use the exact same subject line from the other two "Announcement" emails that were nothing more than links to information (features, etc...) about the new site.

Strabismus Repair

If you glance over at my flickr images to the right you'll probably notice a picture of a little girl with some very red eyes. That's because she had Strabismus Repair surgery yesterday at Children's of Atlanta at Egleston.

In short, the surgery seems like a success thus far. Everyone at Egleston made the process as easy as possible. Everyone was nice, loved the kids and addressed all questions thoroughly.

Good job Children's.
