Automatic Picture Resizing

Don't spend your time resizing and optimizing the images of your listings; simply upload the original camera files and let myListings do the rest. It will create three unique versions of the original file for use on the site, all optimized for viewing on the Web.

Google Maps Integration

Give your customers the birds-eye view they're looking for with an integrated Google Map embedded directly into the listing on your site. Customers can zoom in, zoom out, and drag the map around to get a feel for the location of the listing, all without leaving your site!

Integrated Blog

This feature allows you to create and maintain a blog to display on the Web site. Through the Site Manager, a designated site administrator(s) can add, edit and delete blog entries. Each entry will have a field for title, blog content and tags. In addition, site visitors have the opportunity to submit comments about the blog that can either be accepted or declined by the site administrator. If accepted, the comment appears below the blog on the Web site. In addition to the adding interest to your site and giving you another outlet to communicate with site visitors, a blog is a very valuable tool for search engine optimization because it allows you to add content to your site and includes tags, highly search engine friendly linked keywords. A major benefit of integrating pxBlogger into your Web site is that it continues to add new content to your site, which will increase your rankings with most search engines.

Integrated Press Release System

This feature allows you to create and maintain a database of press releases and news stories to display on the Web site. Through the Site Manager, a designated site administrator(s) can add, edit and delete news entries. Each entry will have a field for title, date, author, url, photo, photo caption, pdf upload, news story, and tag. Interactive Photo Viewer

Helping maintain the integrity of your listing page is the interactive photo viewer. Include as many photos as you like with your listing without creating cumbersome long pages. At the same time your visitors will enjoy navigating with the photo viewer keeping all of their clicks in the same place on the screen, minimizing excessive movement of the mouse.

Annual Hosting Fee: $360

This fee includes the hosting of your myListings site and the licensing of this software for your use. We most host your site on our servers in order for the myListings technology to function completely.
