The client came to us with a hodge podge of collateral material, an outdated web site, and a lot of property to sell. We worked in conjunction with Myra Blackmon Public Relations and Eleanor Sams Creative, and developed a completely new concept, identity, collateral material, marketing material, and web site. Since we started working with the client they have completely sold out of their lofts, and their flats. They are also over 30% sold on their townhomes.
