Among the new tenants is The Dovetail Companies, the developer of the mixed-use project that will include 35 residential condominiums on the Ruthwood Lane side of the property. Dovetail was formed in 2000 out of a partnership of contractor Dave Mulkey and accountant and developer Tom Scott. Scott also moved his accounting firm TWSPC to The Terraces.

Other companies occupying space in The Terraces in the 36,000-square-foot building are Plexus Web Creations and Connected Technologies. In March, Wealth Management Group is expected to move to The Terraces, and the National Bank of Georgia should be opening a mortgage office in the complex, Mulkey said.

The office building has one 4,200-square-foot space available, and the residential units should be completed by April.
