Plexus introduces its new support system.

Web site bug? Quick text change? Plexus is pleased to announce the arrival of a new client resource, Plexus Support, a quick and easy way for clients to submit changes, errors or updates for their Web sites. The new Plexus support system allows clients to directly submit support items. Simply go to support.plexusweb.com and click “submit a request.” You will be asked for your name, email address, phone number, url and space to provide your request. Once submitted, you will be notified by email that your message has been received by our support team. Once the issue has been corrected, you will receive a second email to let you know the status of your support ticket. You can also log in and check on the status of an issue.
