Plexus Web Creations, Inc. always gives a complete estimate with each web site project we accept. We state the maximum fee that the client will be expected to pay. Once the client agrees to the set fee, Plexus Web Creations, Inc. issues a contract stating the fixed fee and the project objectives. Client is required to submit a 40% downpayment at contract signing. This amount can be paid by credit card, business check, or personal check. The amount of the downpayment covers all labor costs involved in creating the initial design concept, navigation infrastructure, establishing and setting up the hosting account, and setting up and mapping the domain name.

Once the first phase of the project is completed, client is required to view the initial design concept, approve the concept or request modifications and then approve the design, and submit all proofread content to Plexus Web Creations, Inc. Client will be billed a 40% midpayment that will pay to continue development of the site. This amount can be paid by credit card, business check, or personal check. Client is contacting during the entire development process to approve placement of text, and any edits that need to be done to content.

Once all content is approved, the site is built and deployed to the live server, client is required to make a final approval and submit approval in e-mail for us to bill the final 20%. This amount can be paid by credit card, business check, or personal check.

Because of our payment policies once the development process has passed through the initial design phase only the first 40% can be refunded because the remainder of the fee is all labor that has been approved by client in first phase of project.

Plexus Web Creations, Inc. will refund your downpayment on your web site if:

• We cannot come to an agreement on a design concept for the site. We have worked with hundreds of clients and have always been able to resolve design issues and we will work hard with every client to ensure they are happy. If for some reason, we encounter a client that we don't think we can satisfy, we will refund only the part of the downpayment related to design. This equates to about 80% of the downpayment.

We will NOT issue refunds for the following reasons:

• Once embarking on the project, and paying the downpayment, you just change your mind about building the site or you can't get the money to finish the project.
• You find another company that can finish the project cheaper. We will be glad to give you the source files for the design, and you can take them to another company to finish the project.
• Anything other reason than the one reason that we will refund the downpayment as stated above.
