Plexus is pleased to announce the arrival of a new client resource, Plexus Support, a quick and easy way for clients to submit changes, errors or updates for their Web sites. The new Plexus support system allows clients to directly submit support items. Simply go to support.plexusweb.com and click “submit a request.” You will be asked for your name, email address, phone number, url and space to provide your request. Once submitted, you will be notified by email that your message has been received by our support team. Today marks the start of Plexus' online support ticket system, support.plexusweb.com. It's a great way for clients to submit tickets for any issues they are experiencing with their site or to let us know of any quick text changes or minor site updates you would like to make.
